N O T I C E

The Village of Birchwood Trustees will be holding a Special Meeting

of the Whole on Monday, February 23,  2015 at 5:30 p.m. at the Birchwood Village Hall.  The Board will move into the Chief of Police Office for “closed session”.

Agenda

  1. Call Special Board Meeting of the Whole to order – roll call.
  1. The Board will go into “closed session” pursuant to WI Statues 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
  1. The Board will go into “open session” pursuant to WI Status 19.85 (2) to take action on closed session discussion should they go into closed session.
  1. The Board may resume meeting in the Village Hall.
  1. Motion to adjourn
