The Village of Birchwood Board of Trustee will be holding a Special Meeting at the Birchwood Village Hall, Tuesday, August 15th, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.

 

 

Agenda

 

1. Call the meeting to order. Roll call.  Say the pledge of allegiance

 

The Board will motion to go into “closed session” pursuant to WI Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

 

The board will interview for the Building Inspector/Zoning Administrator position.

 

Roll call:

 

The Board will go into “open session” pursuant to WI Status 19.85 (2) to take action on closed session discussion.
