DOOLITTLE BEACH BASH – COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER

We need your help! Would you share this event with your friends and neighbors, purchase raffle tickets, or consider donating to help make this event a success?!

The Village of Birchwood hosts an annual community event, on the last Saturday of July from noon to 4pm, called Doolittle Beach Bash to help raise money for a local non-profit organization that supports children, youth, and family in our area. This year’s proceeds will be donated to Timeberbay and to repave the basketball court at Doolittle Park. Timberbay Organization helps youth create deep, healthy connections with peers and mentors through community programs, camp & adventure trips.

 

Happening at this year’s event:

DJ Music by Sean Thomas out of the cities

Free hot dogs and bottled water

Herbalife Tea

Kids games (FREE!)

Kids duck drawing (FREE! – Every kids a winner)

Pre-sale Raffle – 1 ticket for $10 or 3 for $20 (don’t have to be present to win) – Grand prize 18′ x 6′ x 1-3/8 Aqua Lily Pad

Raffle Baskets – $1, $5, and $10 tickets sold on the day of the event for a chance to win a Soft top deck tube with rope, ATV/UTV helmet, ATV goggles with $25 gift certificate to Full Throttle Sports, Packer tinman lawn ornament, Two Sister Boutique beach bag with trinket and headband, over $500 in gift certificates, and more!
