The Regular Monthly meeting of the Village of Birchwood Board of Trustees will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. at the Birchwood Village Hall, 101 N. Main Street, Birchwood, WI  54817

Police Report – Maintenance Dept. Report

Public Recognition – (Limit 3 minutes per person and there will be no action taken)

New Business

1. Approve agenda or make changes as needed.
2. Approve minutes or make changes as needed from November 13th Board Meeting.
3. Rolf Jostad to present on Community Center project.
4. Discuss/action on Kenway hauling in waste. Corey and/or John will be here to answer questions.
5. Approve 2019 assessor contract for Sovacool Professional Services.
6. Discuss/approve Caucus. Suggested date 1/8/2019 at 5:30 p.m. with the regular Board Meeting to begin immediately following close of Caucus.
