NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of the Village of Birchwood adopted the following ordinance amendments at its duly noticed meeting held on July 14th, 2026. These ordinances take effect upon passage and publication as required by law.
Ordinance Amendment No. 13-2026
Amending Chapter 46, Waterways and Boating Regulations
This ordinance readopts and incorporates into the Village Code a previously adopted 1991 no-wake ordinance that was inadvertently omitted from the codified Code of Ordinances. The amendment restores the ordinance to the current Village Code without substantive changes.

The full text of these ordinances is available for public inspection at the Village of Birchwood Clerk’s Office during regular business hours and may also be available on the Village’s official website.
