NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of the Village of Birchwood adopted the following ordinance amendments at its duly noticed meeting held on August 17th, 2026. These ordinances take effect upon passage and publication as required by law.
Ordinance Amendment No. 14-2026
Creating Section 8-67.5, Provisional Retail Alcohol Beverage Licenses
This ordinance establishes procedures for the issuance of Provisional Retail Alcohol Beverage Licenses in accordance with Wisconsin law, designates the Village Clerk/Treasurer as the issuing authority, establishes eligibility requirements and revocation procedures, and amends the Village fee schedule to include the provisional license fee.

The full text of these ordinances is available for public inspection at the Village of Birchwood Clerk’s Office during regular business hours and may also be available on the Village’s official website.
