The Zoning Board of Appeals of The Village of Birchwood will be held on Thursday, June 4th, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the Birchwood Village Hall, 101 N Main St, Birchwood, WI 54817.

3. Open Public Hearing
   • Open public hearing to consider the request for a zoning variance submitted by James and Laurie DelMedico for property located at 1112 Maple Terrace Drive
4. Proof of Notice
   • Class 2 Notice requirements:
     • Publication at the Birchwood Post Office, Village Hall, Pioneer Market/Deli and Village Website and 2 insertions in Rice Lake Chronotype
     • Confirm notices were mailed to neighbors/property owners
5. Presentation of Variance Request
   • Chaiman to present variance request
     • Parcel: Tax Parcel No 29497. Zoning Requirement: 75-foot lakeside setback. Requested Variance: Reduced setback to approximately 8 feet or less. Reconstruction of existing 12’ x 12’ deck. Addition of approximately 8-foot-wide lakeside walkway. Replacement of prior structure in same general location.
