NOTICE TO LIEN HOLDERS

The Village of Birchwood has passed Resolution No. 211-21, To Order the Razing of a Building, and has determined that the shed located on the property at 322 S. Main Street, Village of Birchwood, Washburn County, Wisconsin, is in such a deteriorated condition, in that it is old, dilapidated, or out of repair and is consequently dangerous, unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unfit for human habitation. The Village of Birchwood has ordered that the owner of said property, North Country Insurance Services, Inc., raze or repair the shed located on the property within thirty (30) days of service of the order.
