VILLAGE OF BIRCHWOOD – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Conditional Use Permit has been filed with the Village of Birchwood, Wisconsin, and that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Committee of the Village of Birchwood.
Applicant: Property owners Craig R. Longacre and Lisa R. Longacre, Birch Lake RV Park
Property Location: 100 & 102 North Wilson Street, Village of Birchwood
Zoning District: C-1 Community Business District
Request: Revise an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow screened porches, sheds, and individual fire pits.
