CLASS 2 NOTICE

VILLAGE OF BIRCHWOOD – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Conditional Use Permit has been filed with the Village of Birchwood, Wisconsin, and that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Committee of the Village of Birchwood.

Applicant: Property owners Jeff & Lynn Brewer

Property Location: 700 N. Knapmiller Road, Village of Birchwood

Zoning District: R-1 Single-Family Residential

Request: Raze an existing structure and construct a new single‑family dwelling with an attached garage. The request includes review under Sec. 28‑453(b)(2) of the Village Zoning Ordinance, requiring a conditional use permit for filling or grading within 300 feet of the ordinary high‑water mark of a navigable waterway where surface drainage is toward the water and exposed areas exceed ordinance thresholds.
