   1. Review regional stormwater concepts proposed for commercial storage development and evaluate the compatibility with the Village’s long-term goals.
10. Raze Order – Kimberly Lane
    1. Kimberly Lane follow-up on extension granted for property located at 306 W Cedar Ave. Discussion and possible action on granting an additional extension or proceeding with the raze order.
11. Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District (BFCESD)
    1. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 288-2026 2027 BFCESD District Budgets and Assessments
12. Village Garage Lease
    1. Discussion and possible action regarding the Village garage lease. Tammy DeGraw, municipal realtor and property manager, reported interest from another potential renter. The current tenant, who is leasing the garage on a month-to-month basis at $600 per month, has proposed entering into an 18-month lease agreement at a rate of $1,000 per month starting November 1^st, 2027
13. Edgewater Contract
    990. Approve 2027 Police Contract increasing rate from $33,000 to $33,990.
14. Website Maintenance Agreement Renewal – Raney Day Design
    1. Review and consider approval of the annual website maintenance agreement renewal with Raney Day Design for the Village website hosing, maintenance, security monitoring, backups, and support services.
15. IT Support Services Agreement – Jadewolf Technology
    1. Consider approval of annual computer support services with Jadewolf Technology for Village computers, including device monitoring, updates, and cybersecurity protection.
16. Park Attendant Employment Agreement
    1. Discussion and possible action to amend the Park Attendant Employment Agreement and reinstate the original agreement terms and compensation structure.
17. 2027 Budget and Levy Limit
    1. Review, discuss, and approve draft 2027 Budget and Levy and send to a public hearing to be held November 10^th, 2026
