The Village of Birchwood is seeking a local realtor to assist in selling 13 lots in our East Hills Subdivision. We are therefore asking you to please submit a proposal to the Village Board of Trustees by November 8^th, 2021.

 

We would like to keep it simple with brief comments.

• What qualifications and experience do you have?
• Would you submit a marketing plan?
• What is your total commission?
• Present any recent sales information you may have regarding lots sold in our area, with prices, during the last 12 months.
• Please review the covenant for brief discussion of changes that might improve sales.
