Park Advertising Program

We are offering businesses the opportunity to advertise their company on one or multiple fences at our Ballfield, Tennis Park, or Doolittle Park.

These parks receive numerous visitors throughout the year and offer a great marketing tool for you.

The banners will be supplied by the business and must be made of high-quality vinyl material. The back portion of each banner must be white or light in color, with the face of the sign being of any color combination that the advertiser chooses.

The business can purchase one advertising banner per park or on multiple parks for a discounted rate, with the option to choose from a one- or two-year commitment. We are offering your business two payment options which include payment in full or bi-annual installments. With this purchase you will receive additional advertising on our sponsorship page on the Village of Birchwood Website.

The advertiser shall keep the banner(s) in good condition. If the Village determines that any sign needs repair, the Park Supervisor shall notify the advertiser and such sign must be repaired within 30 days. If the sign is not repaired/replaced within 30 days, the Village may, at its discretion, remove the sign at the expense of the advertiser.

In the event of vandalism or malicious mischief, the Village of Birchwood shall order a comparable banner and pay for the repairs.

The Lease period will be for one or two years, from May 1st to subsequent April 30th.

1 year - $175 / 2 years - $325

1 year - $250 / 2 years - $475

Four (4) Banners
1 year - $325 / 2 years - $625
