Did You Know?

Seniors are opting to age in place more than ever before. This trend is driven in part by the rising costs of long-term care, their ability to receive home meal delivery, access to technology and a wider availability of services, or because they don’t want to leave the home they have built so many memories in. While it may not be possible for an older adult to live independently forever, there are many options available that can make a home safer and more functional supporting this trend.  Today’s seniors can maintain their independence, and in the long run, save a substantial amount of money on senior living while potentially increasing the equity in their home. But to do that they may need to make necessary modifications and rehabilitations.
