1. Approve agenda or make changes as needed.
2. Approve minutes or make changes as needed from March 2017 Board Meeting.
3. Discuss/action on MSA Professional Services Agreement.
4. Sara Anderson-Kolodzinski and children from the Charter School will present request to allow chickens for a school project. Discuss/action on allowing the request for chicken project at school.
5. Discuss/action on street signage: Ron Strand.
6. Discuss/action to postpone indefinitely request for 4-wheelers on Hinman Drive.
7. Discuss/action on painting or replacement of the Bluegill sign.
8. Discuss/action on fire department property purchase.
9. Discuss/action on Bluegill Fest; Brad Bratvold.
10. Discuss/action on residential homes Main and yards that need cleanup.
11. Discuss/action on Schumacher letter regarding utility service to the Village Condo Association.
12. Discuss/action on allowing trickle credit to those who called into the village hall in January and one who lives out of town and had it running for several months.
13. Discuss/action for approval of Operator’s License(s).
14. Discuss/action for approval of Cigarette and Tobacco License(s).
15. Discuss/action for approval of Alcohol License(s).
16. Motion to convene in closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(f) WI statues which, if discussed publicly, would likely have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person(s) referred to in such data.
17. Motion to reconvene in open session to discuss issues and take action on matters discussed in closed session.
